My Story
I am Serge Sendji Augustin. I live in Ocoee, Florida. I am a licensed independent life insurance agent — Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity, FL License G231352 (NPN 21565385).
For close to a year, my work was health coverage. In a Medicare call center, I helped seniors through AEP and OEP with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement plans. I have helped more than 400 seniors make sense of hard choices. I loved that work. People trusted me because I told them the truth.
In December 2025 I earned my life insurance license. My first clients were my own family — I set up whole life and final expense protection for the people I love most. Now I do the same for Florida families. Final expense is all I focus on.
What "Independent" Means for You
I do not work for one insurance company. I work with the licensed life insurance carriers I'm appointed with — the carrier is the insurance company behind the policy. That means I can show you the real trade-offs, plainly. My advice does not shift with a sales quota.
How I Get Paid
Quotes are free. If you buy a plan, the carrier pays me a commission. You never pay me directly.
